Even if you only need 4-5 hours of sleep so that you feel rested, it is extremely important that you make sure it is quality sleep. That means trying to go to sleep at the same time each day. Another great tip to make sure that you are getting consistent sleep is to turn off electronics at least a half hour before bed.

It is advised to eat at least 2-3 fruits and vegetables per day to help increase your overall health.
